Sadhguru Sri Sharavana Baba established Om Sharavanabhava Matham, a charitable organization to augur peace, harmony and welfare to the under-privileged sections of the society. Through the organization, many individuals and families have improved their living conditions. The institution constantly engages in charitable activities like donation of food and clothing to the needy, distribution of educational materials in the rural schools, healthcare programs for the rural folks, distribution of sewing machines for women, crutches and artificial limbs for the handicapped, spectacles for senior citizens and learning aids for the blind, orphanages and old-age homes.
